After asking for a refund they are declaring they are unable to release a refund. I was signed up for Intense MLS service through my association as a genuine estate representative with ******** ****** *********** *********. Apparently they emailed me, however I never ever got an email. They easily sent out the e-mail to my company email address, which I no longer had access to. Charging consumers for services without their understanding is stealing and unethical and I hope other individuals will prevent utilizing this business. The subscription contract signed by all of our subscribers needs that we receive notification of their objective to end thirty days prior to their next quarterly billing.
