3762, F.S., and as provided in this chapter.( 2) Persons possessing any hostage wildlife for functions of show and tell or sale shall acquire a license as specified in area 379. 3761, F.S.( 3) Class I wildlife will not be possessed for personal usage, except as follows:(a) Any Class I wildlife possessed for personal usage on August 1, 1980, will be qualified for a permit in accordance with the arrangements for Class II wildlife.
