Spotify is releasing new features in 15 countries. The new Spotify feature in question is Music + Talk.
The Music + Talk feature can now be enjoyed by users in Japan, India, the Philippines, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.
Quoting Spotify's official statement, Saturday (21/8/2021), creators can now access the music features on Anchor.
Anchor is an all-in-one platform for creating podcasts on Spotify. This music feature allows them to access 70 million songs on Spotify.
The presence of this feature cannot be separated from Spotify's experimentation journey with new types of podcasts in 2020, where at that time Spotify combined songs with spoken comments similar to enhanced playlists, but packaged in episode format.
The concept is called Music + Talk and podcasts with the concept can now be created by anyone using Anchor.
